The Erasmus+ 2020 inform us that the registration in programme was published in November 2019,and is set to expire in February 2020 according to the calendar of each Erasmus+ activity which is attached to this correspondence.

Algeria- A partner country of Region 3 ( South-Mediterranean countries)- is eligible to participate along with programme countries* for International Dimension of the Erasmus+ programme which contains the following activities: “International Credit Mobility (ICM)” for students, academic and administrative staff of Higher Education Institutions, “Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees” scholarship offers, “Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE)” according to the national priorities for higher education sector, and finally Jean Monnet specific activities.

The financial envelopes of the Erasmus+ programme,Algeria  has benefited, in addition to the total budget of around 31 million € dedicated for Region 3, from a 5 million € grant from the European Commission within the framework of EU-Africa Alliance, JUNKER Special Window dedicated to International Credit Mobility , Algeria also benefited from a special window North Africa grant of an amount of 2.5 million € for the year 2020.

In order to facilitate the participation of Algerian Higher Education Institutions, the National Office of Erasmus+ (NEO) Algeria attaches to this correspondence a list of Serbian Higher Education Institutions to communicate with them the intent of establishing a partnership within the several activities offered by this programme.

We also put at the disposal of Higher Education Institutions an e-mail template containing active links addressed exclusively to German universities.
